Project Worldwide

As the holding company for more than a dozen creative agencies spanning 52 offices internationally, Project Worldwide needed an HQ that could serve as a hub for its other New York-based agencies.

Empire Office and STUDIOS teamed up to deliver a space that celebrates creativity and experiential brand design, which are core values for Project Worldwide and the brands they represent. Steelcase height-adjustable workstations and private office solutions came together with a variety of ancillary manufacturers, including Nucraft, Uhuru, Andreu World, Studio TK, Poltrona Frau, Keilhauer, Davis, Blu Dot, Nienkamper, Hem, DWR, and Coalesse, to create a colorful, multi-purpose, and flexible space for Project Worldwide workers as well as a rentable, amenity-filled event space for its member agencies or other building tenants.

Even though the project installed during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 amid many manufacturer shutdowns and delays, we were able to utilize our strong vendor relationships and strategic thinking to stay on track with both the budget and timeline for a successful and beautiful completion.
