Empire Office, in collaboration with HuntonBrady, outfitted Fountain Life’s new Corporate HQ in the medical haven of Lake Nona, Florida. Having previously worked with Steelcase for their South Florida office, the company turned to Empire for expertise in both Steelcase and other manufacturers to keep budgetary and timeline restrictions in mind.
A cool palette of dark navy, silvers, and brighter whites were selected to contrast the colder feel of their previous space. This palette complimented the state-of-the-art workspace which includes sophisticated fixtures and floor-to-ceiling windows. The chosen lines included AMQ for systems, and Blu Dot, Steelcase, West Elm Work, JSI, and Orangebox for ancillary pieces in areas such as the café and podcast room to ensure a blend of high-end finishes and cost-conscious seating.
Empire Office collaborated with design firm A+I to transform three floors of amenity space at 780 Third Avenue. Featuring a serene garden, restaurant, bar, and a variety of touchdown spots, the design intent was hospitality-driven and aimed to promote healthy living for the building’s tenants and visitors. Over 20+ manufacturers were used, including Andreu World, Bernhardt, JSI, Muuto, Narbutas, and Resident Furniture to name a few. Custom millwork by Fabricate is incorporated throughout the biophilic amenity space. To meet a variety of needs, a tenant-only work lounge, mother’s room, and several collaboration areas were carefully considered for this development.
After months of solidifying product specifications and architectural details, Empire Office and A+I were able to truly bring this space to life and maintain the overall budget along with the client’s design aesthetic.
Empire Office proudly worked alongside Perkins & Will to bring this new state of-the-art recreation and rental facility in Sunny Isles Beach, FL to life during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Gateway Center is a place for socialization, engagement and leisure amongst Sunny Isles Beach residents in a relaxing and calm oceanfront location. Amenities include a 3,600 SF ballroom with banquet seating, social hallway with various types of seating and game tables, large and small classrooms and a catering kitchen. Empire worked closely with over 25 manufacturers throughout the pandemic to furnish this multifaceted space in what was a true team effort as order entry began in January 2020 and the project installed in August 2020.
The client was so pleased with the outcome that Empire has now created a new standard for product to be used in other City of Sunny Isles buildings and centers.
