Empire partnered with OTJ Architects to help Empira Group, an international real estate investment firm, open its new North American HQ in Miami, Florida. Since establishing its US presence in Miami in 2021, Empira Group has grown exponentially and needed a larger space to match and further propel this growth. Home to over 50 employees, the open layout provides individuals with private workspaces, formal and informal gathering spaces for collaboration and a work cafe. The new office features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the open environment, showcasing incredible views of the city skyline and Biscayne Bay. To complete the project, Empire worked within Empira Group’s established standards and introduced them to new manufacturers that fit their scope and budget requirements.

This confidential national homebuilding company partnered with IA Interior Architects Miami and Empire Office to design their new headquarters in Miami, FL. Empire procured, delivered and installed the ancillary furniture for the high-end workplace, which encompasses over 125,000 SF and spans five floors.

Furniture from manufacturers such as Andreu World, Bernhardt, Davis, and Steelcase were chosen to complement the upscale materials utilized in the build and achieve the desired luxe aesthetic. Numerous conference rooms, collaborative areas, and lounges are located throughout each floor to promote connectivity amongst employees. Office amenities include executive dining spaces and a full cafe that are brought to life with biophilic details. Additionally, Empire engaged custom millwork and furniture provider, Fabricate to design u-shaped sofas for the training and synergetic areas to enhance collaboration.

Related Group, one of South Florida’s largest Real Estate Developers, moved its headquarters from downtown Miami to Coconut Grove in 2021. In partnership with design firm MKDA, Empire Office ensured the space reflected the style of historic Coconut Grove, selecting fun and eclectic finishes and furniture pieces to outfit the new HQ. Related Group’s employees can enjoy added amenities in their new HQ at The Grove, such as ample outdoor space, a large pantry and flexible collaborative areas. A variety of ancillary manufacturers were used including OFS, Muuto, JANUS et Cie, Fermob, and Woodtech custom conference tables. Steelcase Answer and Steelcase Currency were specified for the workstations and enclosed private offices, respectively. Striking art pieces from the private collection of Related Group’s chairman and CEO punctuate the space as well, adding to the uniqueness of the office.

Empire completed the new Xenia Hotels & Resorts office in downtown Orlando. Xenia owns a diversified portfolio of high-quality lodging properties operated by industry leaders such as Marriott, Hyatt, and Hilton. Empire’s dual locations in Tampa and Orlando ensured Empire had the product solutions and resources to complete the job as requested. A variety of products were chosen to furnish the space such as Steelcase workstations and private offices, Arta conference tables and a custom boardroom table, Allermuir café stools and chairs, Encore soft seating, and 9to5 task and conference chairs.
