Yelena has been with Empire for over 17 years and brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the team. As a Senior Account Manager, her daily tasks and responsibilities include quoting and placing orders, assisting with delivery and installation set-up, and communicating with clients during each phase: from design to final result. Yelena strives to exceed client expectations by being involved in all stages, such as reviewing initial construction drawings, selecting furniture options, and supporting post-move-in.
